At ShoeOverDose.com customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If we at ShoeOverDose.com make a mistake on your order, we will be responsible for frieght to correct the problem, and replace it with the correct ordered product.
If you the client make a mistake on the order ie...(color, size, or style) we will exchange any unused product for you, but you the customer will be responsibale for all freight envolved.
All returns will require that you email us at sales@shoeoverdose.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We will foward the return instructions, and RMA number as soon as we verify the purchase. Returns have to be done prior to 7 days from date shoe is received. Shoe must not have been worn & returned in original box.
All returns for refunds will have to done within 7 days of recipt. Email us for a Return Authorization.
